Exchanges are free of charge. European Union & International Customers: Fill in the form below and we will get back to you with a return number and a proforma invoice within 1-2 business days. Mark your package with the return number and attach the included way fare bill and proforma invoice. Contact UPS to arrange a pick up or leave the package at the closest UPS service point. If you choose a refund, we will deduct 15 EUR / 20 USD / 20GBP on repayment. Exchanges are free of charge.
